AVP / VP - Business Transformation

You are an experienced AVP / VP - HR Transformation professional responsible for leading HR transformation initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. Your role involves developing and implementing strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, and designing training programs to enhance employee skills. Your responsibilities include managing budgets for HR transformation initiatives, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, building relationships with stakeholders, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR transformation. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 0-10 years of experience in HR transformation focusing on process improvement and cultural change. You should have a proven track record of leading successful HR transformation initiatives, strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Green Belt (GB), and Black Belt (BB) methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms is required. Key skills for this role include HR TRANSFORMATION, LEAN METHODOLOGIES, SIX SIGMA, and TRANSFORMATIONS.
