Associate Technical Program Manager

Additionally, you will need to track metrics and business value, find creative solutions to risks and issues, and work effectively across disciplines to ensure quality delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate ability to elicit, analyze, and communicate business requirements from multiple customers across disparate functions. - Possess technical knowledge in web, Apps, API, database, SAAS, and cloud technologies. - Effectively communicate with internal teams and business partners to drive shared goals. - Track metrics and business value, find creative solutions to risks and issues. - Foster exceptional teamwork and values that promote a positive team culture. - Handle multiple portfolios, work cross-functionally with product managers and software development teams to ensure smooth product delivery. - Monitor and track complex programs effectively, providing periodic updates to technical and non-technical teams. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in a software engineering role or delivery management experience in a product organization. - Experience in managing deliverables from multiple vendors. - Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. - Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Prioritization skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within deadlines.
