What You Will Do

• Be the go-to technical expert in customer conversations, understanding their needs, sketching high-level designs, and defining solution scope and technical direction.
• Lead solution workshops to translate customer ideas into clear, high-level technical blueprints.
• Deconstruct business features into precise technical requirements for our delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Engineers to ensure solutions are aligned, practical, and exceptional.
• Own and drive the solution journey from concept to delivery, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage.
• Develop custom solutions when out-of-the-box features don't meet unique client needs.
• Troubleshoot, guide, and mentor teams through technical challenges.
• Ensure best practices are applied to deployments, meeting each customer's specific requirements.

What You Bring

• 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Telecom BSS/OSS implementations or solutioning, with a proven track record on live customer projects.
• Strong domain knowledge and the ability to seamlessly connect technical details with business objectives.
• Clear, confident communicator with top-notch presentation and client engagement abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at mapping complex business processes to product capabilities.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles and enterprise architecture.
• Solid grasp of:
• Unix & Shell scripting
• RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, HBase)
• Bonus: You enjoy whiteboarding ideas as much as refining them in detailed requirements documentation.
