Job Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications with a focus on Master Data Management and Case Management modules.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and application features.
Design and implement data models, workflows, and integrations to support master data governance and lifecycle management.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of application functionality to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow MDM applications, addressing defects and implementing improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations related to data management and software development.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures
