Associate Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Monitor project progress
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Qualifications required:

• Graduation in BSc in Business Administration, management, or related field

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Coordinator or Manager
• Familiarity with project management tools like Scrum/Jira
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong data orientation abilities
• Experience handling international customers and calls
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
