Research seasonal trends, colours, prints, fabrics, and styling
Contribute in seasonal concepts developmentCreating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/printsMaintaining line sheets for seasonal range plansResponsible for creating detailed techpacks that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracyCollaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design developmentConduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech teamFabric/print/surface design follow up and approvalsExecute timely on seasonal calendar deadlinesContributing well researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.Qualifications & Experience
2-4 years experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMSDemonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of youth cultureWell rounded experience in Menswear Design (Knits Category)Strong organisational skills and highly detail-orientedStrong communication and articulation of ideasAbility to manage multiple deadlines and calendarsAbility to handle work independently with minimal supervisionHigh proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
