The Risk Management Services (RMS) team at EY is crucial in managing internal risks associated with client engagement. Established in 2007, the RMS team serves as a Center of Excellence for standardized quality and compliance activities. With a current staff strength of 300+ individuals, the team is rapidly growing and is recognized within the global EY RMS community for its contributions to key processes. As an Associate Analyst within the RMS team, you will develop expertise in RMS and independence issues, serving as the primary contact for customer teams. Your responsibilities will include interpreting RMS policies, recommending actions based on firm guidance, analyzing issues, and producing deliverables that adhere to regulatory standards. You will engage with executive-level client team members and RMS personnel. Your technical responsibilities will involve facilitating and overseeing the completion of processes, understanding firm and regulatory RMS rules, reviewing submissions from client teams, and acting as a liaison between different stakeholders. You will be expected to manage tasks efficiently, utilize analytical tools, learn about the firm's structure, and build a network with colleagues across the organization. Your role will require you to apply judgment to consultations, research unique situations, propose solutions, and provide feedback for process improvements.
