Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage content projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed smoothly.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and timely communication to understand and address their needs.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Timeline Adherence: Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure the team meets all deadlines for deliverables, even under tight schedules.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet client expectations and internal standards.

Skillsets and experience:

Proven experience (4+ years) in content project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and provide regular updates
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and motivating teams
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stiff timelines without compromising quality
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital content production
Must have all relevant employment documents such as offer/appointment letter, payslip/bank statement, and release/experience letter.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in English literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (please ignore pursuing/drop out/12thor 10th pass)
