Essential Job Functions

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives
Oversee the creation and execution of creative content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
Manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
Own lead generation activities
Coordinate PR efforts, maintaining strong media relationships and promoting the company's positive image
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Manage and mentor a team of professional writers, designers, and marketers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data driven recommendations for optimizations

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the enterprise technology industry space
Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Experience in PR management and media relations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
