Assistant Security Advisor

As an Assistant Security Advisor, you will be involved in assessments, security planning, and implementing security measures for various clients. Your role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to security management. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of effective security strategies. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in conducting risk assessments and security audits, supporting the development of security policies and procedures for clients, monitoring security operations, providing recommendations for improvements, collaborating with security teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation on security incidents. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above in national security studies or a related field. Previous experience in a security, law enforcement, or advisory role would be advantageous. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, knowledge of security systems and risk management principles, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience working with political parties, security departments, and international organizations would be a plus. As part of the onboarding procedure, you will be required to complete 2-3 paid research analyses to showcase your expertise and enable us to finalize the next phase of our collaboration. Additionally, you will need to submit educational certificates, degree certificates, professional title certificates, and other relevant materials. This is a Full-time or Part-time position with an expected workload of 20-40 hours per week. The work location is Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra.,
