Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and execute the complete inside sales process.
● Plan, strategize, and drive sales to achieve business targets.
● Handle client interactions and build strong relationships.
● Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
● Support in developing sales strategies and market expansion plans.
Key Skills:
● Strong inside sales, planning & execution capabilities.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build client relationships and drive conversions.
● Result-oriented with leadership potential.
Eligibility:
● Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
● At least 2 years of experience in sales/inside sales.
