Profile: - Assistant Sales Manager - Water Department
Experience:- Min 2 Years
CTC:- Upto 7 LPA (Depend on the interview))
Location:- Chennai
Working Days:- 6 Days (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
Assist in leading and managing sales efforts for water treatment products, driving revenue growth, and expanding customer relationships.
1. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and performance goals
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
3. Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
6. Provide coaching and training to sales team members as needed
7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity
8. Work independently to achieve sales targets and business objectives
1. 2-5 years of sales experience in water treatment or a related industry,
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Target-driven mindset
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently
