Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the packing process to guarantee products are dispatched in excellent condition. - Oversee the picking operations to ensure precise selection of inventory for customer orders. - Lead a team of pickers and packers, focusing on productivity, accuracy, and meeting SLAs. - Monitor daily order dispatches for timely and accurate delivery. - Update fulfilment dashboards with a focus on data accuracy and transparency. - Identify and resolve operational issues in picking, packing, and dispatch workflows. - Implement best practices in inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. - Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline the fulfillment process. - Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in the fulfillment center. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or e-commerce fulfillment operations. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Proficiency in using operational dashboards, Excel, and Google Sheets. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges. - Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
