Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Training located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for overseeing and conducting training sessions, developing training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing training and support to staff. The role also includes handling customer service issues, supervising team members, and ensuring that all staff are fully trained and capable of delivering excellent service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Hospitality industry experience is a must.
