Job Description

  • Identification and empanelment of Tutors for IRCA Approved Trainings.
  • Coordination of in-house and open-house training courses.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with sub-contracting training organizations.
  • Handle logistics for trainings including hotels, food, travel, and other arrangements.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up of payments with clients.
  • Deliver certifications to participants on time.
  • Contribute to Business Development by identifying opportunities for new training programs and partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in training coordination/management, preferably in certification/training industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IRCA-approved training programs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
