Assistant Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Game Zone Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or entertainment operations and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences. --- Key Responsibilities: Assist the Game Zone Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center. Supervise floor staff and ensure high standards of customer service. Monitor game utilization, sales performance, and upselling of offers or packages. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Ensure proper maintenance of games, equipment, and store hygiene. Coordinate with technical, marketing, and HR teams for operational support. Manage cash handling, billing, and daily reporting. Motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets. --- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Retail / Gaming / F&B / Hospitality). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Immediate joiner preferred.
