Assistant Manager- Reliability and Testing

-Reliability Testing of Electrical/Electronic Parts and Products.
-Interaction with Project Leaders / Logic team to understand System requirement / Market requirement and convert it into test cases to ensure the reliability of Design. -Interact with Electronic Hardware team to understand Hardware of Controllers and make the test cases. -Assemble, solder, and test electronic circuits and prototypes, including surface-mount and through-hole components. -Ensure testing aligns with applicable standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, MIL-STD, IPC). -Analyse and troubleshooting the faults. -Ensure adherence to lab safety protocols, including ESD, control, PPE usage, and 5S practices. -Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and Surge generators. -Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all test samples. -Support audits and certification processes -Record experimental data, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate lab records for compliance and future Reference Product level Reliability Testing - Prototype new technologies in HVAC industry. - Electrical/Electronic Reliability Testing of Products as per IEC and IS standards. - Investigate and analyse root causes of failures (e.g., thermal, electrical, mechanical). - Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to address reliability issues. - Document and suggest corrective actions or design improvements Technical Support - Interaction with Manufacturing team / Vendor development team / Field team to get the Feedback and align the testing/simulations in Lab
