Assistant Manager - Quality

As a candidate for this role, you should have good experience and knowledge in Quality Management Systems, Process Improvement, Service Delivery, and Quality Control methodologies. Additionally, a strong working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Lean methodologies is required. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading Quality Assurance practices to ensure stable and predictable process performance. - Replicating key best practices and standards to realize cross-industry synergies. - Utilizing industry-leading Quality audit platforms to enhance user experience and efficiency of the Quality Team. - Managing transition accounts and driving early-stage interventions for the successful implementation of quality processes. - Diagnosing and implementing improvement opportunities to solve chronic business challenges, focusing on process effectiveness and efficiency. - Partnering with delivery and client teams to drive focused initiatives that enhance key metrics and deliver business benefits. - Analyzing complex data and sharing key process and business insights with the leadership team. - Project managing complex change initiatives by collaborating with clients. - Understanding Lean and Six Sigma concepts and leveraging them to meet business objectives. - Working closely with the Training Team to drive key Knowledge Management initiatives and implement training needs effectively. - Demonstrating strong communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of Quality Operations and be able to apply quality concepts effectively in the work environment.
