Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to reach individual and team goals.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and quality standards

Bachelors degree in any field
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
