Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager Affordable Housing Finance (Home Loan & LAP)

Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

Department: Housing Finance

Employment Type: Full-time | Field Sales | Individual Contributor

Bajaj Finserv is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager for its Affordable Housing Finance (Home Loan & LAP) business. This is an individual contributor field sales role responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing customers in the affordable housing segment.

Responsibilities

Source leads through open market, builders, DSAs, and connectors.

Acquire and convert customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property products.

Conduct customer meetings, assess requirements, and offer suitable solutions.

Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and compliance.

Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with builders and channel partners.

Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales (Affordable Housing preferred).

Strong knowledge of loan products & housing finance market.Role & responsibilities
