Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources

Location: Noida / Greater Noida, India

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – HR will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, statutory compliance, and talent development. The position demands hands-on experience in HR practices within a manufacturing/engineering setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff and workmen — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Maintain a positive and disciplined work culture on the shop floor.

Handle grievances and ensure prompt resolution in line with company policies.

Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.

3. Training & Development

Identify training needs through performance appraisals and line manager feedback.

Coordinate technical and soft-skill training sessions.

Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

4. Performance Management

Support the annual appraisal process and assist in KPI formulation.

Track employee performance and generate reports for management review.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, etc.).

Prepare MIS reports related to attendance, attrition, and manpower cost.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience: 5–7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage workmen and staff effectively.

Compensation: Annual CTC of 3.60 lacs – 4.50 lacs Per annum CTC
