Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
  • Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives to improve overall workforce satisfaction.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement policies related to HR operations, including business partnering with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company's HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in an HRBP and HR Operation.
  • Strong understanding of employee life cycle activities (recruitment-separation) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective grievance handling and redressal processes.
  • Ability to analyze data from exit interviews to inform retention strategies.
