Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives to improve overall workforce satisfaction.
Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in retention strategies.
Develop and implement policies related to HR operations, including business partnering with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company's HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in an HRBP and HR Operation.
Strong understanding of employee life cycle activities (recruitment-separation) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for effective grievance handling and redressal processes.
Ability to analyze data from exit interviews to inform retention strategies.
