Job Title: Assistant Manager Shared Services

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Shared Services (Employee Life Cycle) will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and recruitment operations within the HR Shared Services team. This includes onboarding, internal movements, separations, and recruitment coordination, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely service delivery. The role also involves leveraging data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI to drive insights and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Manage all employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and retirements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and data integrity.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

    • Coordinate and support recruitment operations including requisition management, interview scheduling, offer release, and onboarding.
    • Liaise with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Process Excellence & Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all lifecycle and recruitment events.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:

    • Use Power BI and other analytics tools to generate dashboards and reports for lifecycle and recruitment metrics.
    • Analyze trends and patterns to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Provide data support for audits, compliance checks, and leadership reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other teams for lifecycle and recruitment-related queries.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and ensure SLA adherence.
