Assistant Manager - Change and Release Management

As the Change and Release Management in this dynamic and flexible environment, your role involves frequent client interactions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing, prioritizing, classifying, and scheduling Requests for Change (RFCs). - Confirming the scope of the change, dependencies, and impact on the production environment. - Coordinating change and release build, testing, and implementation strategies with all necessary parties. - Escalating RFCs beyond the control of the CAB to the IT executive committee. - Reviewing implemented changes to ensure they meet their objectives. - Reviewing all outstanding RFCs and identifying trends or problems for rectification. - Facilitating process audits and driving continual improvement. - Applying structured global change management methodology and leading deployment activities. - Creating change management strategy, plan, and delivering change management interventions. - Working with stakeholders to raise awareness, engagement, and realize change benefits. - Supporting execution of change activities for global regions and sites as required. - Leading team for daily assignments, task allocation, and mentorship. - Monitoring Change Management KPIs to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills. - Experience working directly with Global Clients (Verbal communication experience preferred). - ITIL Framework Awareness; ITIL V3 or V4 Certifications. - Setting personal professional goals and taking accountability for own development. - Seeking feedback and reflecting to improve performance. - Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and lead conversations. - Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Change and Release Management. - Preferred candidates with SDLC knowledge (Software Development Life Cycle).,
