Job Description

An Assistant Branch Manager's primary role is to support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and contributing to the branch's financial performance and customer satisfaction. This involves managing staff, handling customer service, ensuring compliance, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise branch staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Financial Management: Assist in managing branch finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring performance. Sales and Business Development: Support sales efforts, assist with product sales, and contribute to branch revenue growth. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including report preparation, record-keeping, and other office duties. Branch Management: Step in to manage branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager. Training and Development: Organize and participate in training programs for branch staff.
