Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and exploring new markets and partnerships. You will play a crucial role in lead generation and qualification by utilizing various channels to generate leads, qualify them, and nurture them into potential clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. We are looking for experienced candidates with relevant expertise in areas such as chits, banking, insurance, loans, and marketing. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role. Additionally, a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
