Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for supervising assembly line workers, ensuring quality control, planning production schedules, providing training to staff, and overseeing the manufacturing processes.

Qualifications - Mechanical - B. Tech / Diploma

• Supervisory Skills, Production Planning, and Training
• Quality Control and Manufacturing skills
• Experience in automotive manufacturing
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience- 6 month to 1 year
