Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of men, material & packaging for daily export operations of 2W products.
• Execute export-related manufacturing activities as per plan, ensuring zero defects from conveyor.
• Implement

  TPM systems

  to achieve and sustain highest Overall Line Efficiency (OLE).
• Drive production readiness – tools, fixtures, equipment, conveyor facilities.
• Lead planning for

  new/upgraded product batches

  (pre-pilot, pilot, etc.) for international markets.
• Coordinate with QA, PPC, and Manufacturing Engineering for day-to-day operations and improvements.
• Collaborate with transporters & packaging material vendors to ensure smooth export dispatches.
• Drive

  poka-yoke, automation, and cost reduction initiatives

  (packaging, energy, etc.).
• Ensure 5S, safety, and SHEMS standards on the shop floor.
• Lead and guide cell members for daily operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Education:

  B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred: NIT & equivalent institutions).

• Experience:

  5–10 years in

  Automobile / Auto Components industry

• Key Skills:

  Line balancing, assembly techniques & tools, TPM, production planning, QMS, SHEMS, packaging material exposure.

• Age:

  28–35 years.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Exposure to quality systems, TPM, 5S, and cost optimization practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
