Assembly Manager

You will be responsible for managing the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves at the Satara Plant. This includes coordinating with the design and QC teams for final dimensions, testing parameters, and documentation. It will be your duty to ensure the readiness of the test bed, safety protocols, and leak-tight performance for each valve. You will also be required to track the throughput, testing rejections, and obtain final acceptance clearance. Leading a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a strong emphasis on time management and quality control is a crucial part of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specifications, sealing principles, and testing procedures. A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure are key traits that will contribute to your success. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Fabrication, Machine tool building, or Equipment manufacturing company in a similar or Assistant Manager role. Overall, you should have at least 10 years of experience in the industry.,
