Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  technical support & issue resolution

  across applications, database & infrastructure.
• Develop & optimize

  Unix/Linux shell scripts

  for operational automation.
• Write & optimize

  SQL queries

  ; work with

  Oracle Database 19c

  .
• Develop & consume

  REST & SOAP APIs

  for system integration.
• Build/enhance

  microservices using Java/J2EE

  .
• Use

  Eclipse IDE

  for development, debugging & testing.
• Manage application deployments & monitoring on

  Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

  .
• Handle

  Autosys scheduling

  for business-critical jobs.
• Participate in

  Agile processes using JIRA & Confluence

  (sprint planning, code reviews, documentation).
• Support

  application upgrades, patches & production deployments

  .
• Create

  technical documentation

  and troubleshooting guides.
