Application Solution Architect (Chief Manager / AGM)

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture

• Develop application blueprints aligned with business strategy.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Technology Leadership

• Guide development teams in implementing microservices, containerization, and API-driven architectures.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization in all solutions.

• Integration & Modernization

• Drive modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native platforms.
• Implement API Gateway, event-driven architecture using Kafka, and caching strategies with Redis.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with CTO, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory compliance, and data protection policies.

Required Technical Expertise

• Microservices Architecture

• Docker & Kubernetes

Education Qualification

• Additional certifications in Cloud Architecture, Microservices, or DevOps (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect, Kubernetes Administrator) are preferred.

Experience Required

• 8-10 years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years in a solutions architecture or technical lead role.
• Proven experience in application modernization and enterprise-level solution design.
