Summary: SAP ICSM SKILL MUST. SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) and related modules. Clinical Supply Chain Knowledge:A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical clinical trial process and its unique supply chain challenges. Industry Experience:Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry's supply chain operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives with stakeholder expectations. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring timely adjustments to meet project goals. Technical Skills: Ability to configure and customize SAP systems to meet specialized business requirements. Business Acumen: Experience with pharmaceutical business activities and desired business outcomes within the clinical supply chain. Communication & Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and IT teams. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex issues and develop robust solutions. Agile & Flexible Mindset:An ability to adapt to changing environments, learn quickly, and embrace an agile methodology. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in ICSM skill. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
