Application Configuration Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position should have 0 to 1 year of experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. You will be required to work from the office. Your responsibilities will include configuring and delivering tailored turnkey solutions on GraniteStack to meet client requirements. You will also be designing platform schemas, mobile applications, client portals, business rules, and consumer-facing websites. Understanding and implementing workflow rules, automation logic, and business process flows will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval, transformation, and updates. Working with APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and resolving integration issues will also be part of your daily tasks. The must-have skills for this role include a strong knowledge of SQL and database management, familiarity with APIs and integration (preferably RESTful APIs), knowledge of any programming language, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and teamwork skills, the ability to work at a fast pace in a continuously evolving environment, and readiness to take on challenges. Thinking out of the box to configure complex problems will be an essential skill in this role. In the future, as the role evolves, you will transition into working on more advanced AI-driven initiatives. This will include training Agentic AI models using real-world business logic and complex workflows, generating and simulating sophisticated business scenarios to enhance AI model learning, exploring and evaluating AI models to align with enterprise business use cases, supporting intelligent, AI-based integrations across systems and platforms, and contributing to AI cloud infrastructure, performance monitoring, and optimization strategies.,
