You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Build market driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems to be solved, user and buyer personas, creating effective requirements, and developing strategic go-to-market strategies for product or Platform introduction. Manage the series of changes a software product goes through, from its design and development to its ultimate retirement or disposal.
What are we looking for? • Own project governance, risk management, and delivery quality across all implementation phases — Due Diligence ? Design ? Configure ? Validate ? Handover. • Drive early engagement during pre-sales and scoping to validate data readiness, connectors, and integration complexity. • Ensure all deployments adhere to Professional Services Playbooks, configuration standards, and security guidelines. • Partner with the Enterprise Architect Lead to define integration touchpoints, data flows, and AI services usage. • Ensure AI/Agentic automation features are configured to optimize efficiency and decision intelligence. • Validate architecture scalability and compliance (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 27001 alignment).
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
