This includes procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, FP&A, risk and compliance, treasury, and tax operations. Our AI-driven solutions realize high impact outcomes like touchless processing, improved forecasting accuracy, and significant cost reductions. As a Senior Manager Techno-Functional Expert, you will lead complex, large-scale AI/ML-enabled Finance and Accounting transformations. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of finance processes and technology solutions. Your role is vital in bridging deep functional expertise with cutting-edge technical delivery, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to innovate and deliver transformative finance operationsDomain:Talent and Human Resources (HR) :As a Senior Manager Techno-Functional Expert, you will own and lead large-scale, complex AI and ML-enabled HR technology transformation programs. You will be the strategic bridge between Talent and HR functional leadership and technical teams, responsible for shaping solution architecture, driving innovation, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to realize digital reinvention at scale. This role demands visionary leadership, deep HR domain expertise, advanced Python development skills, and proficiency in AI/ML implementation across enterprise HR systems. The Talent and HR domain focuses on reinventing HR as a strategic enabler of enterprise growth. Key priorities include operating model design, HRIS optimization, hyperautomation leveraging Human+Machine models, AI-powered decision-making, and workforce agility improvements. This domain helps clients achieve measurable outcomes such as 50% reduction in operational costs and 40% faster time-to-hire, while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
What are we looking for?
15+ years combining expert Finance and Accounting domain knowledge with strong technical expertise in Python, AI, and ML application.Proven leadership in driving end-to-end digital finance transformation programs including AI-powered forecasting, automation, and analytics.Deep understanding of finance domains such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, and Tax Operations.Strong experience with finance technology ecosystems, ERP integrations, automation platforms like SynOps, and advanced data analytics.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and multiple client stakeholders.Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence under tight deadlines.Strong business acumen and consultative mindset for aligning technology solutions with client finance strategies.15+ years of extensive experience combining Talent and HR functional expertise with technical leadership in AI, Python development, and machine learning.Proven history of delivering large-scale, strategic HR technology transformation programs with AI/ML Advanced degrees or certifications in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.Experience with cloud technologies and AI/ML integration in enterprise finance environments.Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or related finance and technology credentials.Advanced degrees or certifications in Computer Science, Data Science, HR Technology, or related fields.Experience working on cloud platforms and integrating AI/ML solutions with enterprise HRIS environments.Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to align technology with client organizational goals and workforce strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple AI/ML-driven Finance and Accounting delivery programs, driving business value, operational efficiency, and finance function modernization.Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leadership, shaping strategic finance transformation roadmaps involving automation, AI, and analytics.Design solution architectures integrating Python-based AI/ML models with finance systems such as P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, risk management, and treasury operations.Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, technical leads, and finance consultants, enabling effective collaboration and high-quality delivery.Drive innovation in finance digitalization by continuously exploring emerging AI/ML technologies and advancing their adoption across client engagements.Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance within delivery lifecycles, safeguarding solution integrity and client satisfaction.Lead business development efforts through proposal development, client pitches, and building long-term client relationships.Mentor and develop senior and junior professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.Lead multiple concurrent end-to-end delivery streams of AI/ML-powered HR solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategic HR priorities and business outcomes.Act as a key client advisor and trusted partner, influencing HR digital transformation strategies and AI adoption roadmaps.Oversee technical solution architecture, design, and integrations leveraging Python, AI/ML models, automation frameworks, and data science capabilities.Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their application in Talent and HR to continuously evolve client offerings.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams including technical leads, data scientists, and functional consultants.Manage risk, governance, and quality assurance practices across complex project landscapes.Drive business development initiatives by supporting proposal creation, opportunity assessments, and sales engagements in the HR technology domain.Foster collaboration across Accenture global delivery teams and ecosystems to deploy scalable, reusable AI-driven HR solutions.
