AI Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in building generative AI chatbots using tools like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
Work with senior engineers to explore and experiment with LLMs, SLMs, and Agentic Frameworks (e.g. CrewAI, LangGraph)Support the development and fine-tuning of ML models with guidanceHelp integrate AI systems with Azure services (Cognitive Services, ML Services, Blob Storage, etc.)Participate in reading and annotating FAQ documents and transforming them into structured knowledge for the AI botsAssist in testing, evaluating, and improving chatbot performanceDocument learnings, models, and workflows clearly for reuse

Required Skills & Knowledge (to Learn or Possess)

Strong interest in AI/ML, especially Generative AI
Basic knowledge of PythonFamiliarity with any one: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFaceGood communication and documentation skillsWillingness to work with tools like:Azure ML ServicesAzure Cognitive Search / Blob / SQLCopilot StudioOpenAI APIsGitHub Copilot

Prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
