AI Machine Learning Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and assist in building generative AI chatbots using tools like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot StudioWork with senior engineers to explore and experiment with LLMs, SLMs, and Agentic Frameworks (e.g. CrewAI, LangGraph)Support the development and fine-tuning of ML models with guidanceHelp integrate AI systems with Azure services (Cognitive Services, ML Services, Blob Storage, etc.)Participate in reading and annotating FAQ documents and transforming them into structured knowledge for the AI botsAssist in testing, evaluating, and improving chatbot performanceDocument learnings, models, and workflows clearly for reuse

Required Skills Knowledge (to Learn Or Possess)

Strong interest in AI/ML, especially Generative AIBasic knowledge of PythonFamiliarity with any one: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFaceGood communication and documentation skills
