About the Role:

We’re looking for a

Senior AI Engineer

to take ownership of

end-to-end AI solution development —

from model research and prototyping to fine-tuning and scalable deployment. You will lead projects involving

LLMs, RAG systems, GenAI, and custom AI workflows

. You’ll also mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI products.

Stipend (Probation): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (

Negotiable based on experience)Full-Time CTC: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA (Base Salary)

Responsibilities

:

LLM & Fine-Tuning

→ Customize and optimize LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT variants) using prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

Generative AI

→ Design and deploy generative applications for text, image, or multi-modal data.

ML & Deep Learning Development

→ Develop models using

PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn

for varied use cases.

Vector Database Integration

→ Architect semantic search pipelines using

FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

→ Build NLP solutions like classification, summarization, NER, and chat-based systems.

Computer Vision (CV)

→ Create image-based models using CNNs, Vision Transformers, or pre-trained architectures.Collaboration & Mentorship → Work closely with the AI team, review code/research, and mentor interns or junior developers.

Qualifications

:1–2+ years of hands-on experience in

AI/ML research or production developmentStrong foundation in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn

Deep understanding of

Transformer architectures and LLMs

Practical experience with

embedding models and vector DBs

(FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)Familiarity with

RAG pipelines

, hybrid search, and multi-model integrationsGood understanding of

databases

(SQL/NoSQL) and

API-based model serving

Excellent problem-solving and research communication skills

Bonus (Nice to Have):

→ Exposure to

MLOps workflows

(model versioning, monitoring, deployment pipelines) → Familiarity with

Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Compensation & Benefits:
