AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in developing, refining, and optimizing AI-generated text prompts for various applications. As a AI Engineer, you will collaborate with content creators, product teams, and data scientists to ensure prompt alignment with company goals and user needs. Your expertise will focus on designing and implementing prompt engineering strategies, contributing to the advancement of natural language processing and machine learning algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop AI-Generated Text Prompts: Create high-quality prompts for AI models, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and relevance for various applications.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with content creators, product teams, and data scientists to refine prompts, aligning them with company goals and user needs.
3. Optimize Prompt Performance: Monitor and analyze prompt performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments to enhance overall system performance.
4. Stay Up-to-Date with AI Advancements: Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning, applying this expertise to improve prompt engineering strategies.
5. Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expertise to content and product teams on prompt engineering best practices, ensuring seamless integration with AI systems.
6. Report and Analyze Prompt Development Progress: Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress, informing data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

1. Proven Work Experience: 1+ years as a AI Engineer or in a related role, with a strong understanding of AI-generated text prompts and natural language processing.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python), AI-related tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and data analysis techniques.
3. Comprehensive Understanding: Strong grasp of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI-generated content development.
4. Relevant Training and/or Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, with relevant certifications or training in prompt engineering or AI development.

Nice to Have:

1. Data Preparation and Cleaning: Knowledge of data preparation and cleaning techniques, ensuring high-quality data for AI algorithm training.
