AI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building AI/ML models, deploying them into production, and working with large datasets to solve real-world problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Model Development:
  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Work with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Ensure model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Data Handling:
  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Implement feature engineering techniques for improved model performance.
• Deployment & Integration:
  • Deploy AI models into production using APIs, cloud services, or containerization.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing applications and systems.
• Research & Innovation:
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experiment with new techniques to enhance product offerings.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Document workflows, methodologies, and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
• Background in reinforcement learning or generative AI models (e.g., GANs, LLMs).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
