About the RoleVish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in leading software development projects using Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure stakeholder alignment, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple Agile projects from initiation to delivery.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Maintain project documentation including sprint reports, velocity tracking, and status updates.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments and clients.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and coach teams on Agile adoption and maturity.
Track project performance, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release management.

Key Requirements✅ Experience: 5–8 years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.

✅ Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies.

✅ Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.

✅ Technical Understanding: Familiarity with SDLC processes, cloud technologies, and software development tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).

✅ Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor, motivate, and build cohesive teams in fast-paced environments.

✅ Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to tracking project health and team performance.

Good to Have Experience managing global or distributed Agile teams.

Exposure to project management frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2.

Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools.
