Agile Coach

At Emirates NBD, we are looking for an experienced coach to help our organization continue our Agile Transformation journey. You will be a key driver in promoting and embedding Agile ways of working and will be expected to provide mentorship to all members within your tribe. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long term strategy across the business, helping your tribe deliver excellent products and experiences to our customers in a faster and more efficient manner.Qualifications and Experienc At least 3 years of experience in Agile Coaching and 5 years of experience in running Agile squadsExperience in using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile FrameworksProven track record in running agile projects of varying size and complexityStrong leadership, education, and coaching skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Banking Experience Preferred

Coaching certifications preferredBachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science preferredKey ResponsibilitiesWork with tribe squads to analyze current maturity and design a strategy for adopting agile best practicesGuide squads on staying aligned with agile techniques and fine-tune their approach to meet Emirates NBDs overall strategyCreate and facilitate agile training sessions and workshops for technical squads and key stakeholders such as Product Owners and Delivery LeadsPromote a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals, milestones, and assigning responsibility and ownership among squadsDrive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensuring adherence to industry best practicesChampion the use of metrics and objective measures such as Advanced Jira Roadmaps and Dashboards Empower squads to take ownership, be self organizing, and improve efficiencyFacilitate Quarterly Planning events for the respective tribe
