About The Role

Administration Assistant

• Support migration agents by collating, organising, and formatting client documents.
• Provide end-to-end administrative support to registered migration agents.
• Manage client communications: follow up on inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Deliver customer service to existing clients (answering queries, requesting documents) and prospective clients (booking consultations, providing basic information).
• Prepare essential documentation (document checklists, visa forms, submission letters, etc.).
• Maintain client case management systems (case notes, timelines, progress updates).
• Draft professional correspondence and emails.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (mandatory).
• Qualifications in computer applications or administration (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (IELTS equivalent score of 7+ in Speaking & Listening is desirable).

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous administration experience (preferably in a professional services environment).
• A positive, client-focused attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
