Role Overview

Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
  • Support HR and operations in basic admin tasks such as onboarding and event coordination.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and address employee requirements.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping services.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration or office management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
