Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and general coordination tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
  • Track and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate with couriers, and service providers.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including visitor management and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and office communication.
  • Ensure smooth upkeep and basic maintenance of the office environment.
  • Support HR or accounts teams with basic administrative work when needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Friendly, presentable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
