Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The role requires strong coordination, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills to support management and employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 6 Month to 1 years of experience in administration or office management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
