We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, working knowledge of Excel 365, and basic familiarity with Tally software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our firm's operations and grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
Enter data and post transactions in Tally ERP.
Perform basic reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts.
Support in preparation of MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
Assist in statutory compliance activities (GST, TDS, etc.) under supervision.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 365, including advanced functions.
Familiarity with Tally software for basic accounting tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
