Zoho Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Zoho Support Executive to join our team and support clients in implementing and optimizing Zoho applications. Freshers and experienced candidates with a commerce background and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Configure and customize Zoho modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Support functional processes across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications.
• Assist in end-user training and prepare documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and deployments.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Zoho solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers or experienced candidates with a commerce background.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Projects) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
