Zoho /No Code Developer

You will be responsible for developing and customizing Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc., to align with business needs. Your role will involve writing and maintaining Deluge scripts for workflows, automation, and integration. Additionally, you will design and execute integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs. Creating and managing custom reports, dashboards, and modules will also be part of your daily tasks. In case of application issues or bugs, you will troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to comprehend business processes and suggest effective solutions is essential. You are also expected to maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides. Qualifications and Skills Required: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Zoho development. - Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator workflows. - Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization and automation. - Familiarity with Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, etc.). - Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. - Outstanding communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in database management (SQL or NoSQL). - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS is an advantage. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
