Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in the Zoho One Suite. If you have at least 1 year of practical Zoho development experience, enjoy automation, and love solving business problems with smart workflows—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Flow, etc.).
• Build and optimize workflows, automation, blueprints, and custom functions (Deluge scripting).
• Customize Zoho CRM modules including layouts, fields, validation rules, and dashboards.
• Develop APIs and integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Zoho-based solutions.
• Create analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and seamless functioning across all Zoho applications.
• Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho development.
• Strong command over Zoho One Suite (CRM + Creator experience preferred).
• Experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, functions, and automation.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and third-party connectors.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience building custom apps inside Zoho Creator.
• Understanding of business processes like sales, operations, customer support, and finance.
• Ability to recommend best practices for automation and process optimization.
